- Flavor Profile: A powerful and assertive bottling at full cask strength, offering an intense medicinal and smoky nose and a firm, assertive flavor with a hint of salt and char on the finish.
- Aroma: Medicinal and smoky, “clean as an operating theatre”.
- Palate: Starts smooth and light, quickly becoming strong and assertive with sweetness turning to salt, followed by a sustained, lightly charred finish. It also invites experimentation with water to temper its strength.
