The Johnnie Walker Private Collection 2015 Edition is a limited-release blended Scotch whisky, bottled in 2015, featuring a “Rare Fruit Character”. It was crafted by Master Blender Jim Beveridge, who hand-selected 29 casks to create a blend emphasizing the fruity notes within the Johnnie Walker range. Only 8,888 individually numbered decanters were produced.Â
- Nose: Fresh citrus peel, stewed apple, and hints of spice from dried orange peel and apricot.Â
- Palate: Smooth and velvety, with notes of exotic Speyside fruits, ripe Highland melons, and West Highland peach skin sweetness, with hints of honey and vanilla.Â
- Finish: Long and soft, with a subtle smoke and stewed fruit notes.Â

- The blend was created to showcase the “rare fruit” character found in Johnnie Walker whiskies.
