Portofino Gin is a 43% ABV dry gin crafted to evoke the scents and flavors of the Ligurian Riviera, specifically the town of Portofino. It features a blend of 21 botanicals, including juniper, lemon, lavender, rosemary, iris, marjoram, and sage, many of which are hand-harvested from the Portofino mountain. The gin is distilled in a copper pot still or rotovap after individual maceration of each botanical. The bottle design mirrors the colorful houses and green hills of Portofino.Â
