Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and gift cards cannot be refunded.
We would like to have a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you are rejected, you will be invited to get your return within one week. Should you fail to retrieve your refund within this time frame, we will have the right to dispose of the return at our discretion,
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then, you can contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, could you contact your bank? There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
