The Don Papa Rum Distillery is located on Negros Island, the historic sugar capital of the Philippines. This region produces some of the world’s finest sugarcane , which is distilled to create this unique rum. After distillation, the rum is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, a region with an exceptional climate for aging spirits.
