It’s known for its naturally smooth, rich, and complex flavor profile, featuring layers of dried fruit, nuttiness, spices, and hints of marzipan and vanilla. The whisky is bottled at the distillery without any coloring or chill-filtration, maintaining its natural character.Â
Nose: Expect notes of juicy cherry jam, prunes, bramble, chocolates, raspberry ganache, orange juice, and hints of moss, herbs, and tobacco. Mouth: Features strong Oloroso notes with plums, blackcurrants, cherries, and hints of cognac. Palate: The whisky has a sweet and sour balance, with hints of cedar, clove, aniseed, and walnuts.Â
