MEZCAL ALIPUS SAN LUIS 70CL

Alipus San Luis is an artisanal mezcal from San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico, produced by Don Baltazar Cruz Gomez. It uses Espadin agave grown in sandy, rocky soil at around 4,100 feet above sea level. The agave is cooked in a stone oven, milled, and naturally fermented in pine vats before being double distilled in copper pot stills. This mezcal is known for its rich, full-bodied, and often fruity character with smoky, earthy, and herbal notes.
