Suntory Toki is a blended Japanese whisky that takes its name from the Japanese word for “time.” It’s known for its silky smooth texture and a blend of aromas and flavors that include basil, green apple, honey, grapefruit, green grapes, thyme, peppermint, and vanilla oak. Toki is a blend of whiskies from Suntory’s three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. The name “Toki” reflects the blending process and the respect for tradition and reinvention within Suntory’s approach. The blend showcases the quality of Chita grain whisky alongside the malt whiskies from Hakushu and Yamazaki.Â
