The Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a single malt Scotch whisky known for its milk chocolate profile. It was created in collaboration with Jordi Roca, the owner of the chocolate factory Casa Cacao. The whisky is matured in both European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks. It features notes of chocolate, butter toffee, oak, and pear on the nose, and chocolate-covered raisins, ginger, fig, and marzipan on the palate. The finish is described as medium with a lingering chocolate note. The packaging is made from 100% recyclable cacao husks, a by-product of chocolate production.
